Our Admissions Process

At Park Academy, we understand that each child's journey is unique. Our admissions process is designed to be straightforward, ensuring families feel supported every step of the way.

Step 1

Take a Tour

A tour allows you to learn more about who we are, who we serve, and see our classrooms in action. Families are encouraged to schedule a tour before applying.

Step 2

Apply Through our Online Portal

Our priority admissions cycle for grades 3-8 for the 2026-2027 academic year opens November 1, 2025 and closes on January 30, 2026. All interested families are encouraged to apply during this window through parkacademy.almastart.com.

If you miss this window, don’t worry—contact us, and we’ll let you know if other opportunities arise. Please contact Lucy Davis at 503-594-8777 for more information about availability and the admissions process.

Park Academy still has limited availability in grades 5, 6, and 7th for the 2025-2026 school year and will be accepting applications until spots are filled. Financial aid may still be available for those who qualify.

Step 3

Enrollment Notification

Families will receive enrollment decisions in March. We understand how important this decision is for your family, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

How to apply

The website to create an account and complete the application is parkacademy.almastart.com. Please use this document for guidance.

Once your application has been received, our admissions coordinator, Lucy Davis will be in contact to inform potential next steps in the process.

Financial Aid & Tuition

Making a Park Academy Education Accessible

At Park Academy, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of financial circumstances. Park Academy’s Board of Trustees is committed to maintaining a diverse student body broadly representing that of the community, and therefore seeks to enroll qualified students who might not have the family resources for an education that meets the needs of their student. We welcome applications from families who may need financial assistance to provide an education tailored to their child.

Tuition for the 2025-2026 School Year

Tuition for the current school year is $27,750 for grades 3-8. The 2026-2027 tuition will be announced on or prior to January 2026.

How to Apply for Financial Aid

If you are applying for the 2025-2026 school year, there may be financial aid available for those who qualify. Go to Clarity to create an application.The deadline to apply for Financial Aid for the 2026-2027 school year is January 30, 2026. Please note that a financial aid application must be submitted concurrently with your admissions application. Late applications may not be accepted or considered.

How to Sign Up

To schedule a tour, please complete our inquiry form and sign up for a tour using the link here. After you submit an inquiry, our admissions coordinator will reach out to schedule a call to learn more about your child and answer any questions prior to our tour.
