Patti Voelker

Teacher

Patti Voelker graduated from the University of Portland with a Bachelor of Arts in Education, a minor in German, and a mathematics endorsement. She has earned endorsements in Middle School Science, Social Studies, and English Language Arts.

Patti began her career teaching 6th-grade Humanities and then transitioned into teaching middle school mathematics. She spent several years as a stay-at-home mom while volunteering, coaching, and working as a substitute teacher. Mrs. Voelker returned to full-time teaching in 2009 and taught math and ESOL in Salem.  She was a Benchmark Math Specialist at Lewelling Elementary and taught grades 3 – 8 online with Oregon Virtual Academy.

Patti joined Park Academy in 2016 and has taught several different subjects and grade levels. This year she is teaching 5th and 6th grade math. She is very happy that she found Park Academy and looks forward to learning and growing with the Park Academy community.
